was founded in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco in 1935 by
Rolando Magana. We are proud to reflect a rich
culture based on Jalisco’s colonial architecture,
mariachis, and cuisine. We continue to maintain
the highest quality of food by adding authentic
spices, fresh ingredients and dedication to
